Detour to Mammoth!

It was a Thursday afternoon at work and I had a really bad case of ants in my pants. I couldn’t sit still at work I was on my lunch break going crazy. I sat outside and gazed at my beautiful snow filled Mt. Baldy eating a subway sandwich (that’s a 6 inch cold cut every time). I finally pulled out my phone and dialed Vero. “Hey girl…umm you wanna to mammoth tomorrow? I know its 6 hours away...yes…well I work too. Cool! Done deal we will leave Friday after work.” It was that easy...

Time Portal...Starting again...

Hello Again!

Have you missed me? For over a month now I have been clicking onto my blog... Looking, sighing, and dying to write again. Write about the new adventures that have taken place since the end of Costa Rica. For whatever reason I have not taken any action, but alas! Where do I even begin... I can't believe it has even taken me this long to get back to writing. To be honest I thoroughly enjoyed writing about my travels and playing outside...sending these letters out to the ether they like to call the web. Sometimes I feel like its just a massive void, a place to store my thoughts on playing outside. My secret adventures. Not so secret when shared with the rest of the world..But hey! Everyone loves a good secret.. I just picture it now...looking over the blog while sitting at your desks "working", "studying", or just looking for something interesting. (It is taking everything in me to not quotate interesting) Ha! For some reason this gives me a slight tickel.

Anyhow, life, as always has been very unexpected. Full of twists, turns and travels. Meeting interesting people, and well, not so interesting people. Best of all I have found a way to continue the travels while playing outside.

So raise your glass. (or just your hand if you dont have one) A toast to the many advertures to be written while playing outside.
